Description

GMD were approached by UAE based builder IRONLINES Shipping, who had a need for proven small aluminium catamarans. The kitset was delivered in mid 2009 complete with windows and doors to complete the supply of a “stage 1 lockup” kitset.
Built by the shipyard themselves, the “Rakcat” was completed in August 2010 and a superb small passenger transfer cat was born.

This cat also is available as a Sea Rescue cat with rapid deploy tender aft deck. Flybridge allows great vision for Search and Rescue missions.

Additionally, we have the Survey Vessel options. This version is complete with A frame, Davit, dedicated work station and Moonpool. A very stable work platform.
